Atlas Leadership Team | Wanna Join?

It's an exciting but sometimes challenging time to be alive. We are living in an age of amazing technological development and impressive positive social changes: from witnessing humanity's attempt to land on Mars to a continuous push to destroy gender and racial discrimination, the world is changing. At the same time, challenges like climate change and authoritarianism are haunting all of us, regardless of where we live: never before, humanity has been so under pressure to find ways to stand as one, to survive.

It's an exciting but sometimes challenging time for our organization too. In the last two years, Atlas grew to include more than 22,000 people across 130 countries and fought to bring the ball forward on many terrains: from vaccine equity to democracy, our campaigns have managed to bring about a very positive impact (as well as failing countless times). We have experimented, built & rebuilt, sailed through a pandemic, and with time became even more convinced that the way forward for humanity is one of unity.

Looking at 2023, we are ready to unleash all our passion and energy to advance our vision for global democracy. But we have understood that we cannot do it alone: we need to grow our teams, expand our network, and ground ourselves in local communities everywhere. To make this possible, we are launching an effort to expand our leadership team - we want to create a small group of dedicated, diverse, and international volunteers to lead Atlas in this crucial phase.

If you are interested in attempting to change this planet, check below the requirements for the post, how to apply, and most importantly, the roles we are looking to fill!

👉 A FINAL WORD...

As of now, these roles will not receive any financial compensation as our budget does not allow for it - and we are not happy about this! We will try as hard as possible to keep on growing to be able to hire a full-time team, and obviously, those covering these positions will be considered for priority hiring. The only thing we can say at this stage is that volunteering for Atlas at such an apical level will provide anyone interested in activism, politics, democracy, and tangental topics with significant exposure to geopolitical trends and leaders doing incredible work across the planet - as well as a very fun team experience :)
