[December 30] Get ready for New Year's resolutions and learn something about climate

2021 is really around the corner now! Let's pause and reflect on this year and the planet: 2020 is set to be the warmest year on record, according to data from different sources, including NASA. The first nine months of the year saw record concentrations of major greenhouse gases like CO2, methane, and nitrous oxide. Arctic sea ice extent was also at record low levels for much of the summer.

But, let's get ready to make 2021 a better year for the planet, pushing humanity to work as one to solve the biggest threat of our time: climate change. Today, learn something new about climate and share it with us on social media: it could be a new book you read, a podcast you listened to, a fact that you did not know! Remember to tag NOW! and ask your friends to join you.
