It often seems like dark forces are unstoppable. This month alone, in Argentina and the Netherlands, the far right got elected. Let's not lie; this will have disastrous consequences on people's lives, and we must work to change the tide. During this event, we want to hear from people living in countries that have been overtaken by extreme political factions on how this happened, why people supported them, and how we can best work to counter this! Let's come together, unite, and change the world for the better
What is Unity Day? On the 1st Saturday of each month, we gather to celebrate Unity and what it could mean for the world. We explore divisive questions, exchange on what might be done, and might just choose to take action for change!
Why? At Atlas, we aim to unite people, countries, and the world to achieve greater freedoms, equity, and well-being. We hope to inspire openness, collaboration, learning, and action through Unity Day.
What will happen?
Join us to:
📣 Discuss with our members & hear from the ones in countries fighting the far right!
✊ Get ready to take individual actions based on your discussion and maybe, just maybe, change the way you live.
Bonus 💫: You’ll get to meet new people who might just become lifelong friends & inspiration sources
